Pay as you go classes cancellation policy

A session credit will be given for any pay as you go session booking if a cancellation is made. If Bodymode cancels a class, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a suitable alternative booking. No refunds are given.

If you wish to purchase a single class, 10 session pass or a personal session: select the class by description, i.e. Pilates, then select the level, date and time and click ‘book’. from there you will be able to purchase your class straight away. If you do not pay within 30 minutes, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the space will be released again. No refunds given for unused passes.

Late arrivals for all zoom sessions

Please arrive on time. It is important to be at class on time as it shows respect to the coach and the other clients. 

Multiple Session Pass cancellation policy

No refunds are given once purchased. If Bodymode cancels a class your class will be credited back to you via your pass or via a rebooking. You can cancel your session on the day of the class and the session will go back onto the pass, 

Online Coaching Subscription

All online coaching subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly and paid in advance via Paypal. The minimum term is one month. 

Paypal will send you confirmation of your subscription and details of when the next payment is due. Your login will be your email and password you set at the time of sign up.

You can cancel at any time during your subscription by cancelling your auto renew mandate in Paypal, this will stop the auto-renew.  You can continue to access the online coaching service until your current month expires.

30 Day Challenges

  • All 30 Day challenges are delivered through the online coaching platform.
  • Payment is taking via the Paypal. This is a one-off payment, no re-occurring payments are taken. 
  • Your login will be sent to you via the email you gave on registration 4 days before the start date of the challenge.
  • Once you have access to your account, no refunds will be issued. 
  • All clients will be required to sign a nutritional informed consent form to be able to participate in a 30 Day Challenge.

Extra mileage costs for Personal Coaching

An extra fee will be charged for destinations over a 15-mile radius from Ely.

Personal Coaching Session

A contract with terms and conditions regarding conduct and expiry times between Bodymode and the client will be issued before training commences – additional terms and conditions will apply. No Refunds given for unused sessions. All sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel without being charged 100% fee. Sessions cancelled with 48-24 hours will be charged 25%.

Nutrition Packages

Clients will be required to read and sign a nutritional informed consent form with Bodymode. Once analysis has started no refunds given.

Client Health

If a client turns up to a class or session unwell, Bodymode has the right to refuse admittance and no refund will be given. It shows respect to the teacher and the clients that unwell participants stay at home. Clients that have booked with a pass will be able to cancel and rebook the session before the session starts*. Clients that have booked a single session will only get a refund if outside the 24 hour notice period.

Using the website

You may book a class, course or personal session via the online booking system. Please follow the instructions on the classes page.

All bookings made on the website are subject to Bodymode’s terms and conditions, and by making a booking, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

You are only permitted to make bookings for yourself or others for on whose behalf you are authorised to act.

Online Booking System

Bodymode uses a third party – Bookingbug.com  to take online bookings and PayPal for online payment processing. Please refer to the individual provider websites for more info.


Whilst Bodymode takes every precaution to protect your personal online security, Bodymode cannot guarantee the operation of the site will be secure, confidential, uninterrupted or error-free. In using the Bodymode website, you will not hold Bodymode responsible for any breach of security, unless such breach has been caused by Bodymode’s negligence.

The information on this website is not intended to provide advice, medical or otherwise, and Bodymode accepts no responsibility for loss which may arise from use of any information on this website. The Bodymode website may contain links to external websites, and Bodymode is in no way responsible for the content of any of these external websites.

When placing a booking, or attending a class, you are obliged to provide Bodymode with your name, email address and phone number. Bodymode may ask for more information than this, in order to improve our services to you, but you are under no obligation to provide more.
