A stronger Pilates class, focusing on strengthening using the classical movements and deeper stretches to increase flexibility and opening of the body.
Beginners are welcome, but it would be recommended to come to the Tuesday class as an introduction.
Learn to move with grace and intent in this online Pilates mat workout class. Michelle will bring back to the classical moves, encouraging you to listen to your body so you can learn what you need. Focusing on establishing a mind-body connection so you can stay present in your practice and really enjoy each movement. Perfect for Beginners!
The Pilates class explores the 7 primal human movements; Flexion to extension, rotation, pushing, pulling, squat mobility, lunge mobility and gait.
This class will connect you to your body through fundamental primal positions and transitions that work, load and stretch through the body’s natural ranges.
An all over body resistance and high intensity strength workout using Kettlebell weights.
Learn to swing, snatch, press and pull in this session. You’ll get sweaty, so have water and a towel ready!
A weight training class using bodyweight and light dumbbell exercises. High Intensity with high impact and low impact options to suit beginners.

Bookings need to be made 30 minutes before the session starts to ensure access to the session.

Drop-In sessions are £5 each or buy a pass for £45 and get access to 10 sessions
